Free shipping
Orders of $99 or more ship free anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs for orders below $99 are calculated at checkout.
Processing time
Most orders ship the same business day from Southern California. All orders ship within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Once an order has shipped:
- West Coast — approximately 2 business days
- Remainder of the continental United States — approximately 3–5 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii — allow additional transit time
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and public holidays.
Order tracking
Tracking details are emailed as soon as an order ships. If tracking has not updated within 5 business days of shipping, contact us and we will trace the shipment with the carrier.
International orders
Rates and delivery times outside the United States are quoted individually. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.
Delivery addresses
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an order has not yet shipped we can usually correct an address — contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
