Are OSO Pickleballs USAPA approved?

The Oso Fury is officially USAPA approved. The GLOso (Glow in the Dark) meets all USAPA requirements.

How do I return my OSO PICKLEBALL purchase?

If you have purchased OSO Products from an authorized dealer in the USA and would like to return the item it should be returned where the item was originally purchased and the transaction occurred. For return of purchases of made directly at osopickleball.com for your own private use as a consumer, you may return the product within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery. Once we have received and validated your returned items as unused, we will confirm it to you by email. A refund will be processed by and issued to your original method of payment.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we can ship internationally, but best available international rate will apply.

What are the methods of shipping?

For our "included shipping", we offer USPS First Class (5-8 Days), however at check-out, you may select an expedited option. Please keep in mind, shipments are sent day or order or the following business day. Therefore, orders made on Fridays, will be shipped on Monday; this is because we want the best possible care for all products being sent.

How should pickleballs be stored?

It is VERY important that pickleballs be stored in room temperature. There is no secret, they are plastic and if stored in your car or hot garage, the ball can be compromised over time.
